Software Architect – Java/Tomcat/MySQL

Aliaswire, a leading innovator in the payment processing industry, is seeking a strong, motivated Software Architect to design new services for our high performance payment systems for clients ranging from the largest banks and payment processors in the US to billers in healthcare, government, nonprofit, insurance, and other markets.

Responsibilities

Work as a member of an Agile Engineering team to design and design enhancements, extensions and new services into the Aliaswire SaaS payment processing platform.

  • Work as part of an agile team building SaaS based payment processing applications.
  • Direct and mentor other engineers on programming tasks.
  • Provide analysis of problems, recommend, and implement solutions.
  • Work independently on design and development tasks.
  • Troubleshoot critical issues that may involve many systems in a complex infrastructure

Requirements

  • 7+ years of operational experience in the software industry, including all phases of the SDLC.
  • Ability to design and build components and features for a software product from an understanding of requirements.
  • Extensive experience with Java, Tomcat, HTML5, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript & web services (SOAP, REST)
  • Experience with Eclipse, MySQL, Linux, Ant.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services Industry preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skill at anticipating and solving problems
  • BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Client Services — Implementations Manager - PayVus

Aliaswire, a leading innovator in the payment processing industry, is seeking a strong, motivated Implementations Manager to join our Client Services team to work closely with clients, sales staff, and product development staff on our PayVUS Business Card platform. The candidate will work will handle an array of tasks from monitoring the operations of the platform, supporting issues from the Client and Sales Support levels, training new partners and working with them to achieve successful implementations of the product. PayVUS is a unique product and this is an opportunity to be on the leading edge of the intersection of Merchant Services and Credit Card issuing..

Responsibilities

PayVUS is a new product and this candidate should be ready to learn and lead while simultaneously supporting our Sales and Relationship Management Team. Manage newly acquired partners to ensure successful completion in a timely manner. Ensure the completion and accuracy of all necessary on-boarding data

  • Manage and report on daily operational settlement/funding processes and resolve issues as needed
  • Perform all tasks required to implement services, including on-boarding, support for testing, training, and delivery of documentation, and transition to production.
  • Work with Sales team to learn about our Partners and drive training and implementation towards our shared success
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of the PayVUS knowledge base.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of Client and Merchant facing documentation
  • Work closely with product management to confirm the availability of enhancements
  • Provide post-implementation client support

Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience working in a remote customer- facing consulting or project management environment
  • Experience with payment systems strongly preferred
  • Experience and comfort with the design, implementation and delivery of technology- based solutions
  • Strong writing, presentation, and telephone skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skill at anticipating and solving problems

Channel Sales Executive — DirectBiller

Aliaswire, a leading innovator in the payment processing industry, is seeking a strong, motivated and tenacious Channel Sales Executive to join our Sales team.  The candidate will report to the SVP of Sales and will work closely with prospective clients around the value-added tool sets the Company creates and sells in the electronic payments and presentment space.  Primary focus will be on closing sales on our innovative DirectBiller® platform; additional products and ad-hoc tasks and opportunities will be presented as the sales opportunities evolve commensurate with your success in the role.  Experience selling to Consumer Finance companies is highly desirable.

This role may be out of our Burlington, MA office, or remote.

Responsibilities

Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification, product alignment and validation, pricing and contract completion to close.

  • Take leads (both supplied and self-generated) and engage with potential clients
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and validate appropriateness of Aliaswire product(s) to address those needs
  • Propose product solution and pricing
  • Close sale and move customer to operational on-boarding and support
  • Log/report and update all customer interactions into CRM system
  • Report to SVP sales routinely (informally and formally) on status toward meeting quota
  • Identify areas of improvement in product, lead generation and sales/marketing tools
  • Contribute to knowledge base

Senior Marketing Associate

Aliaswire, Inc., a leading innovator in advanced payment processing, is seeking a driven, creative and focused Sr. Marketing Associate to support the elevation of Aliaswire’s brand and products in all marketing touch points. The Sr. Marketing Associate is a key role within Aliaswire and will be responsible for day-to-day marketing activities with a focus on supporting the development and execution of digital strategies. The ideal candidate will generate innovative ideas, set priorities, manage timelines, and effectively execute marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns including SEO, display advertising, social media advertising and promotion, and email
  • Build consistent, strong social media presence across Aliaswire channels and manage social media posts/scheduling
  • Conceptualize and implement strategies to improve website traffic and conversions
  • Own and enhance usability and maintenance of website through Content Management System
  • Ownership of marketing automation tool including email workflows, landing page development, email creation, A/B testing etc.
  • Measure and report the performance of digital marketing programs
  • Support industry event planning and execution
  • Create marketing content and messages including marketing materials and external communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2 – 4 years of marketing experience; 2+ years digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience administrating a marketing automation tool (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, SharpSpring, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with SEO, database, email, social and display ad campaigns
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
